Tuition, Fees and Tuition Assistance

The Tuition Schedule below reflects the 2024-2025 school year.


All Registered Students at Saint Clement Catholic School:
Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $450 per child:

Registration fees help defray the cost of textbooks, consumable workbooks, religious materials, physical education supplies, health fees, insurance fees, earthquake supplies, office records, and the Diocese of Oakland – Department of Education fees.

Family Fundraising Fee:

Each family will be charged a $300 family fundraising fee. The fee will be added to your FACTS Tuition Management Plan (whether your payment plan is a 12-month plan, 10-month plan, or 4 equal payments) This covers the cost for the Annual Parish and School Raffle Fundraisers. Families will receive tickets for both raffles and sell them at their discretion. 

Families New to Saint Clement Catholic School:
Non-Refundable One-Time Development Fee of $200 due with Letter of Intent. The Development Fee is used for future capital expenditures and technology infrastructure.

Grade 5-8 Registered Students at Saint Clement Catholic School:
Purchase of Google Chromebook, fee to be determined. Students will keep their device upon graduation.

FACTS Tuition Management AND Tuition Assistance:
All families are required to pay tuition through FACTS Tuition Management. Tuition assistance is available to qualifying families through FACE, BASIC Fund, in-house financial aid program. To apply for in-house tuition assistance, visit the FACTS Tuition Management website, When all documentation has been received, an appointment with the Pastor and Principal will be scheduled. If tuition assistance is awarded, you will be notified in May 2024.

Families will be responsible for the FULL MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENT prior to approval of tuition assistance by the awarding organizations(s). Tuition will be adjusted when the school receives such confirmation.
