Extended Care


PHILOSOPHY

Saint Clement School is dedicated to serving the families of our school community and our students as their needs dictate. Out of those needs, we have initiated an Extended Care Program, before and after school. The Extended Care Program is open to all Saint Clement students in Transitional Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. This program is designed to provide our students with recreation, study time, creative activities and nutrition in a safe and caring environment. Extended Care is considered an extension of the Saint Clement school day. All school rules and regulations are enforced during this time.

HOURS OF OPERATION

7:00 – 7:50 a.m.
3:30 to 6:00 p.m. for Grades TK – 8 every day
Dismissal is 2:20 p.m. on Wednesdays and 12:20 p.m. on minimum days for all grades

FEES

All families must pay a non-refundable registration fee of:

$50.00 on May 25th – Available to all families who have cleared their account prior to Registration Day
$60.00 – If a family does not register on May 25th. This amount will be required upon first use during the 2016-2017 school year.

RATES

Contracted rate per child/Drop-In rate per child
1 child:  $4.75/$5.50
2 children:  $4.25/$5.00
3 children:  $3.75/$4.50

ONCE YOUR CHILD SIGNS IN, A MINIMUM OF ONE HALF HOUR WILL BE CHARGED.

* Hourly rates start 15 minutes after dismissal or when your child signs after attending study hall or a CYO activity. All families are billed to the nearest half hour increment.

All children must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. A $1.00 per minute late charge will be applied after 6:00 p.m.
