Application Process
To join our school community, we invite you to follow these steps.
STEP ONE: Apply for Admission
Click on the application link for the interested school year and call the front office at 510-538-5885 to inquire about space and availability.
*Please note, you will be asked to establish an InfoSnap account on the Diocese of Oakland site.
- Complete online application (Current Year 2025 – 2026 Online Admissions Application)
STEP TWO: Pay the Application Fee
A Non-refundable $60 application fee is due for all TK – Grade 8 applications.
Please mail a check to Saint Clement Catholic School, Attn. Admissions, 790 Calhoun Street, Hayward, CA 94544.
STEP THREE: Additional Documents
Please promptly submit a copy of the following for each student application. Documents can be uploaded onto InfoSnap at time of completing application or you may email documents directly to admissions@stclementschool.net or deliver them to the front office.
- Copy of most recent Report Card (Gr. 1-8)
- Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Copy of Student’s Baptism Certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of IEP, 504 Plan, SST (if applicable)
STEP FOUR: Request Teacher Evaluation
Please have your child’s current teacher fill out the appropriate evaluation form found in the email you received after submitting an application
STEP FIVE: Assessment
Once application is complete, our office will reach out to you and schedule a TK /Kindergarten readiness or a Grade 1-8 level assessment with our teachers.
STEP SIX: Notification
A welcome or waiting list letter will be sent to families within two weeks of assessment. If accepted, a non-refundable registration fee is required to secure a spot.
